All requests for APD and SPARCS data must be reviewed and approved by the relevant data release committee, or similar body.

APD Requests

Per regulation, APD data sets will only be released to the public when DOH has confirmed the completeness and accuracy of the underlying data. Additional information regarding APD data request policies and procedures will be posted when finalized.
